Instant Gratification

Posted by Drew Smith on August 01, 2012
Hi All!
We aren't huge proponents of instant gratification. Our world seems to be moving at a faster pace, and we are taking less and less time to sit still and just "be." However, we DO believe in delivering our digital products in a timely manner, allowing you to get your downloads as quick as possible, so you aren't having to spend more time in front of your computer than is absolutely necessary. Hopefully, with a bit of instant gratification, you will finally be able to walk away from the computer, and finally have a chance to just "be."

In the past, we have had a few errors and time delays between when someone purchases a digitally downloadable product from the site, and when the actual download link is mailed out. This has proven frustrating for many of you, and that's not acceptable in our book. So, to speed the process, we've included a direct link for you to access your digital download purchases! Yay!

Once you have purchased your item, your browser will give you a confirmation screen. On that screen, you will see your Order ID, and a clickable link to download your order immediately.

After clicking the provided link, you will need to enter your Order ID number, so have that handy. You will then be brought to a screen allowing you to download your order instantaneously! Please remember that we have no control over where your purchase goes once you begin your download. That is a setting only controlled by you. :)

You will still receive the download email, and it will still provide you with a link to access your materials - however, now YOU get to choose between instant gratification (download link) or delayed gratification (download email). We hope this improvement will help facilitate more "be"ing in your life.

Thank you all so much for your support! May God bless your ministry -

In Him,

By the way, be on the lookout for 4 new videos which we'll be releasing soon!

Taking time to make time

Posted by Kat Smith on February 04, 2012

This week we find ourselves (or at least 1/2 of us) in California filming a few interviews with JCTV (the teen channel for TBN).  Laura and I (Kat) are working with John Schimke of 36 Parables to film a few episodes on Illuminate which is a teen program this time involving reviewing short films.  We always enjoy working with John and it's such an amazing opportunity to spread God's truth to millions of people across the globe. Please check out John's stuff at 36parables.

As we visit with old friends we are not only reminded, but kind of confirmed (by God's previous promptings) that we need to prioritize our time. The College and Career Pastor at my church gave an example of how to prioritize. She said, in our lives there are rocks, pebbles, sand and water. All of these things need to go into a vase, but the only way for ALL of them to fit is to put the rocks in first, then the pebbles, the sand, and lastly fill it with the water. The rocks are the things in our lives that are constants, like our job, spouse, children, church responsibilities.  The pebbles might be things that God has directed you to do. Maybe spending time with someone that He wants you to mentor, or relationships that you want to build to influence your life. The sand are relationships that are more like acquaintances. They aren't going to be in your life everyday, but they are still important. And lastly the water is the fun.  These are things you do to relax and enjoy life. I suppose these would be hobbies. All of these things are important, but they have to be put in the right order. If you have the water first then you can't put the rest in the vase. They must be in the order of rocks, pebbles, sand and water. So this week consider your priorities. Maybe you are much like me and have put a bunch of the water in first and tried to make room for the rocks or pebbles. It's only when we have our priorities in the proper order that we feel balanced and fulfilled.

The Winter Snow Melts

Posted by Kat Smith on January 24, 2012

We are in the middle of January and the weather up here in Michigan has been so strange.  It has only snowed a few days and the rest have felt like Spring. I feel like something is waiting to just burst forth.  So much so that even the earth doesn't want the winter to come.  Maybe God has so much for us this year that He can hardly contain Himself.  I smile, knowing that He is with me and sees the possibilities that today holds.

We are getting ready to film more movies and write more scripts. We are excited about this. God has so much to say and we are honored to have an outlet to speak His truths. Please keep this project in your prayers! A few of us are also flying out to California to show a few of our films on a TBN program. We are praying for the outreach that this opportunity can bring!

As we move into 2012, our prayer is that God will continue to speak to us all and reveal Himself to us just a little but more.  May our creative hearts be renewed with new blossoms that come from being in His presence.

Mother's Day is coming soon

Posted by Drew Smith on April 30, 2011

Mother's Day is just around the corner, and we've come up with a beautiful tribute for mothers everywhere. Check out our all new mini-movie "Thanks Mom" - a stirring acknowledgement by Kathlene, for her own mother. It's a tender reminder to all moms that they truly are appreciated, each one for her own special song and dance.
